Mary Grace Markgraff joined Morrison Street Capital in 2020 and is responsible for the sourcing, underwriting and due diligence of new investments for the Morrison Street Funds.

Previously, Ms. Markgraff was employed by an affiliate of MSC, Norris, Beggs & Simpson Financial Services as a Loan Servicer. Her responsibilities included escrow and financial analysis, bank reconciliation, payment collection, property inspections, payment of real estate taxes, assumptions and acquisitions, lease analysis, insurance requirements, payoffs, maturities, investor reporting and customer service for a portfolio in excess of $2.5 billion.

Prior to joining NBS Financial, she was an Off-Premise Sales Representative at Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits, as part of E&J Gallo Sales Management Development Program.

Ms. Markgraff holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Oregon State University.
